Will has been an asset to Crossroads since 2004, becoming an administrator in 2019.  He provides outpatient psychotherapy across the lifespan, along with maintaining administrative operations. Will received his Bachelors in Science in 2006 and a Masters in Counseling Education in 2013 from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.
