Adolescent Day Treatment
Program designed to provide additional, intensive counseling in a structured setting beyond what is provided in weekly outpatient visits.
Step-down option for adolescents who are being discharged from an inpatient facility or a residential program.
Provides transitional support, significantly reducing the occurrences of re-hospitalization or higher level of care.

Day Treatment is five days a week, four hours a day
Sun Prairie location has two programs from 8am-12pm Monday-Friday and 1pm-5pm Monday-Friday
Day Treatment is group based with individualized treatment planning

Clients range in age from 13-19 years old
*Will consider 12 year olds pending evaluation regarding maturity, development, overall fit, etc.
We serve multiple counties throughout south central Wisconsin

Private Insurances: Dean, Quartz, BCBS, GHC, & others
Medical Assistance accepted
Staff will assist with insurance coverage
