Matt has been with Crossroads since 2012.  He graduated from George Williams College in 2014 with a Masters in Social Work.  For the majority of his time, Matt serves as Supervisor for the Comprehensive Adolescent Day Treatment program.  He has worked with adolescents and their families to address a wide range of concerns.  Matt also has a passion for working with clients struggling with addiction.  This led to creating and now facilitating the Comprehensive Recovery Group (CRG) in 2020.  Through CRG, Matt hopes to help guide clients beyond sobriety to a state of lasting recovery.  Matt is also trained to provide EMDR therapy for the resolution of trauma.  He accepts adolescent and adult clients needing individual outpatient mental health and/or substance abuse therapy.
