Bailey attended St. Cloud State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Psychology, and then went on to UW-Madison to earn her Masters in Social Work. She is now licensed as an Advanced Practice Social Worker. Bailey has experience providing individual and group counseling to children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood concerns, stress, peer relationship concerns, self harming behaviors, trauma, and self-esteem/identity issues. Bailey takes a strengths-based perspective of the individuals she works with, building upon what makes them unique and resilient when facing adversity, while incorporating those into their mental health treatment. Bailey enjoys working with a wide range of individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities with the goal of providing a safe and open space. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, going to concerts, and spending time outside.

Specialties/Certifications: Bailey has multiple years of experience in play therapy with younger children ages 6-11, in addition to direct experience working with individuals who identify as LGBTQ+, providing trauma-informed counseling, and strengths-based therapy. She is currently pursuing her LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license as well.
